BM&FBOVESPA: CVM Instruction 561 Regarding Distance Voting Comes Into Effect In January

In 2017, companies that were part of the Ibovespa and IBrX-100 indices on April 07, 2015 must provide distance voting to their shareholders, pursuant to ICVM 561. In 2018, all public companies must adopt the distance voting ballot.
